Postpartum Anxiety (PPA)
PPA onset is about 2 weeks postpartum. Symptoms include constant worrying, feelings of panic, inability to relax. Research shows low vitamin D, omega 3s, B vitamins and iron may be risk factors. Massage and acupuncture are also linked to reduced symptoms.
