Lauren is a Naturopathic Doctor and Doula who believes in empowering clients by providing unbiased education so they can make informed decisions. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She has extra training in musculoskeletal concerns, doula support, and mental health support.
