Sarah is a Naturopathic Doctor, Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Infant Craniosacral Therapist. As a mom of 2, she knows just how vital support is, especially during the first days and weeks postpartum. She completed an Honours Bachelor of Science at McMaster University, graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2017, then studied lactation at the International Breastfeeding Centre before earning her IBCLC certification in 2020.
