Birth Doula

Ciara (pronounced KEER-ah) is a licensed naturopathic doctor and Gilligan's Guide certified birth doula. She supports growing families from intention setting all the way through postpartum, with an integrated mind/body/spirit approach utilizing acupuncture, nutrition, supplementation, homeopathy, and other healing arts. She graduated from Johnson State College with a BS in Wellness and Alternative Medicine and earned her ND from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
